10. God is Wisdom

<-Back

Wonder:

Wisdom is choosing the best goal and choosing the best means for reaching that goal. God-Yahweh the “only wise God”.

Word:

O Lord, how manifold are thy works! in wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches.

Walk:

  1. Love it (Psalm 104:33-34). Rejoice in God’s Wisdom. Worship Him for it, and let gratitude flood your soul for all He has done for you in His Wisdom. “Blessed by the Lord for His great Wisdom and Knowledge.”
  2. Accept it (Romans 8:28). Let your self-talk be: “For me, this thing that I face is for my best at this time in my life. This comes to me, allowed by my Father’s Wisdom, that I will benefit from it in the end. So, Hallelujah, anyway!” (See Proverbs 3:5-7.)
  3. Live in it (1 Corinthians 1:30). God has made Christ Jesus our Wisdom. Jesus is our Wisdom. Live in the Holy Spirit, and walk in the Holy Spirit by obedience to His leading and spiritual nuances. You’ll find that Jesus Christ will become ever more real and dear to you.
  4. Ask for it (James 1:5). Since you lack wisdom, ask God often each day for His Wisdom to be given to you. See how the Spirit said it through Daniel (Daniel 2:21). It is a wise thing to ask for wisdom from the All-Wise God.
