Numbers 23:19: God does not lie (He’s not human!).
Deuteronomy 32:4: He is the “God of Truth” (Isaiah 65:16).
1 Samuel 15:29: God will not lie.
2 Samuel 7:28: God’s words are True.
Isaiah 45:19: God speaks righteousness and words that are right.
Daniel 4:37: All of God’s works are Truth.
Romans 3:4: So let God be True and all men liars.
Revelation 15:3: All of God’s ways are True.

So praise Him, and change your self-talk to Bible-talk.
