Wonder:
This Attribute is God’s Joy — His Blissful Joy.
Word:
As the Holy Spirit says in Psalm 16:11: “In Thy presence is fullness of joy; at Thy right hand there are pleasures forevermore.”
Walk:
As we truly worship the God of the Bible, our souls become more blessed, too. His Songs of Life become our songs of life. We share in God’s Singing — Him in Heaven, you down here. We share in His Bliss (Joy). And the result?
1. Strength (Nehemiah 8:10): “The Joy (Bliss) of the Lord is your strength.” Inner strength is a sure possession of the worshipping saint.
2. Contentment (Hebrews 13:5-5): The Joy of the Lord will be your joy, because nothing gets God “down in the dumps.” You, too, can have that sure contentment — “all will be well” in the end (Psalms 42:11, 43:5).
3. Beauty of Soul: We can glory in our God while we are down here in the ruts of life. Even before we get to Heaven, we can live in the Throne Room of God. The soul that lives there with God will always be a beautiful soul. Ask the Lord of Joy and Bliss to make you a beautiful soul.
